1. Overview
Maison Maree LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional mentoring, coaching, and training services for licensed real estate professionals.
These Terms & Conditions govern all mentoring and coaching programs offered by Maison Maree LLC, including but not limited to Silver and Platinum Memberships, online resources, and one-on-one sessions (“Services”).
By enrolling in our programs, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Program Structure & Commitments
- Coaching sessions are delivered as scheduled and customized according to the client’s goals and agreed package.
- Access to digital resources (Dropbox or similar platforms) is included during the program term only.
- All communication (calls, SMS, emails) must be made within agreed time limits.
- Missed or canceled sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over beyond the program term.
Maison Maree LLC reserves the right to modify session structures, materials, or delivery methods to maintain program quality and integrity.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Be punctual and fully prepared for each session.
- Complete all assigned actions, exercises, and commitments.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully.
- Maintain confidentiality of all shared materials and frameworks.
We reserve the right to discontinue coaching with any client who behaves inappropriately or violates these terms.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our mentoring programs are designed for serious, committed professionals. Because spaces are limited, all sales are final once payment is received.
4.1 Refund Policy
- No refunds are issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or perceived lack of results.
- Refunds are only considered if Maison Maree LLC cancels a program in full and is unable to offer an alternative.
- Partial refunds may be approved (at our discretion) only in cases of verified medical emergency, supported by documentation.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
- Program enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the first payment.
- Clients may withdraw at any time but remain liable for the full program fee.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of the program.
4.3 Transfer Policy
- In some cases, you may request to transfer your remaining sessions to another eligible agent or defer to a future intake.
- Transfers must be approved in writing and are subject to an administrative fee.
5. Payment Terms
- All fees are listed in USD and are due on the 1st of each month unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur a $50 administrative fee and suspension of access until the account is current.
- Maison Maree LLC reserves the right to engage a collections agency for unpaid balances.
6. Confidentiality
All program materials, frameworks, and strategies remain the intellectual property of Maison Maree LLC.
Clients agree not to record, reproduce, or share any content without written consent.
We maintain the confidentiality of all client information shared during sessions.
7. Results Disclaimer
While Maison Maree LLC provides proven systems and mentorship, individual results vary based on the client’s participation, effort, and external market factors.
We do not guarantee specific income levels, listings, or sales outcomes.
The client acknowledges that Maison Maree LLC offers professional mentoring — not legal, financial, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Maison Maree LLC and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the program.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment, accessing materials, or attending sessions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
